Running an annual Scientific meeting 2017-08-22T08:49:07+00:00

SEA (UK) welcomes the opportunity to hold its annual scientific meeting (ASM) in any part of the UK. In the last few years we have visited Sheffield, London, Liverpool, Exeter, Birmingham and Belfast. The ASM is usually held in the 1st or 2nd week of March. If you would like the opportunity to host a meeting please contact our administrator: administrator@seauk.org. A council member would be assigned to help you with the organisation, and SEAUK would arrange the scientific program for you. You would be co-opted on to SEA UK council for 15 months, usually from the April before the meeting and would be expected to attend the October council meeting before the ASM and the council meeting immediately before the ASM. We have written some information on how to run an ASM to help. this can be accessed here
