• Other than usual society meetings
• Provision of distance learning courses aimed at a number of tasks that consultants undertake.
  i) An accreditation course for educational supervisors
  ii) The Cert Med Ed Anaes
  iii) A Cert med ed intended for College Tutors including management material
  iv) A course relating to career planning and CPD
• Production of a House journal.
• Encourage and possibly sponsor educational research.
• Production of teaching materials (Books, videos, etc)
• A focus for simulator users as a subgroup.
• Teaching teachers, meetings and consultant support relative to training.
• CPD organisation and delivery
• A group for, and run by trainees.
